Introduction:
The series combine the functions of heat stabilizer, antioxidant and internal/external lubricants in one; and have the advantages of excellent heat and weather resistance, high surface shine, attractive price and convenient usage, etc.
Operation guide for reference:
Put the stabilizer together with the resin into high-speed kneader at the temperature of 100-110¡æ, and then disperse them for 5-8 minutes.
Package:
Plastic weaved bag, lined with a PE bag, 25kg in weight.

Storage: stored in dry place. Avoid the heat and contact with sulphides.

They can satisfy the production requirements of various profiles.

(2) calcium/zinc composite stabilizer
Non-toxic calcium/zinc composite stabilizer has good light thermo stability, transparency dispersibility; the coloration in initial period is good, the coordinate use is better together with the epoxidized soybean oil. It is applicable for non-toxic rigid PVC extrusion, non-conventional PVC, and water pipe extrusion.

Feed rate:
