Characteristics and Uses:
SKC-Z9988 is the derivatives of Dibenzylidene sorbitol, as the high efficient nucleation transparent agent, it can improve the transparency, the smooth, the resistance to impact and molding time of Polyolefin products and better than SKC-Y5988
It is new-generation polyolefin nucleation transparent agent, applicable for processing and modification of polypropylene and polyethylene products of high transparence requirements. It is a kind of product with excellent properties including wide processing range, high transparence, odorless, no deposit and high thermal stability. It is used in high-class transparent products including food containers such as high-class tablewave and microwave oven ware, medical goods, stationery, cosmetic etc. It can also be used in high-temperature disinfecting products.
It is produced as transparent granules , and then mix the granules and common polyolefin to process transparent products. The dispersity will be apparently improved than the directly process of dry mixture. The suggested processing temperature is not lower than 240 degree celsius. It is mainly used in PP homopolymer, random copolymer and PE material. Adding 0.15-0.3% of this product into corresponding material can achieve ideal transparence improving effect. The amount to be added is dependent on the texture and thickness of the material.
Storing and Packing
Net weight 2 kg/bag, net weight 10 kg/box (2 kg*5). It should be packed in calcium plastic or paper box with aluminum foil bags inside.
It is non-hazardous chemicals. Keep it away from rain, moisture, insolation. Handle it with care. Protect the package from breakage.
It should be stored in dry, dark and ventilating place. The valid period is 3 years in sealed condition at normal temperature. If expired, qualified products are usable.
